Water Efficient Appliances Usage

In Sakarya University, a comprehensive water saving program is implemented. In many buildings, water saving is achieved by widespread equipment such as photocell faucets, photocell flusher and urinals. In addition, water-efficient spray filters are used at the ends of the taps. For efficient waste of water, cistermisers (automatic control of urinal flushing), waterless urinals, low flush WC’s and low flo taps and automatic taps are used in the majority of the buildings. The waste water flowing from the taps goes to the flushes for reuse of water, and in this way, we both save water and protect the water.
